is freely project a non-profit organization?

Freely Project is a for-profit business that intertwines social impact in its model. Thirty-five percent of every purchase is donated to social organizations that directly impact youth homelessness. Giving takes place four times a year: January, April, July, and October. Our donation is divided evenly among our giving partners. 


how soon will i receive my order?

Great question! We do our absolute best to process orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that this may be slightly extended during the holiday season (up to 5 business days, excluding weekends). Arrival time is based on USPS standard rates, which is normally 1-3 days for domestic orders. You will be provided a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. 


HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Freely Project believes in delivering quality products to our customers. Each bar is polished and coated before shipping to ensure that your piece lasts as long as possible. We recommend that you store your jewelry in your complimentary pouch for best care. Metals such as brass and copper will tarnish over time, but avoidance with body oils, water, and perfumes can prevent this process. You can also occasionally clean your jewelry with a polishing cloth to maintain its shiny look.
